Product Display and Color Accuracy
Niko Cosmetics has made every effort to display our products online as accurately as possible. The display calibration of your particular monitor, however, may appreciably alter the colors of our products as you view them onscreen. Niko Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the limitations of monitor technology in terms of color accuracy and cannot guarantee that any onscreen representation of color, texture, or detail of our products will be accurate.
Information Accuracy
We strive to present the most up-to-date and accurate information on our website. There may be occasions, however, when some of the information featured on our website may be incomplete, inaccurate, or have typographical errors. Errors are unintentional, and we apologize if there are errors in merchandise price or item availability. Please be aware that we make no claims as to the accuracy of the information on our website, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Purchasing & Delivery Policy
At Niko Cosmetics we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality natural Make-Up, Skin Care and Hair Care products. We work very hard to get our professional grade products to you. We require a minimum $250.00 purchase per order for qualified industry retailers. Orders may be placed, via telephone*, fax* or e-mail*. Payment of goods will be charged at the time the order is placed. Allow minimum two weeks for delivery. Delivery costs are based on merchandise volume and weight payable by the recipient.
In the event an item is on backorder, it will ship as soon as it is back in stock. Delivery charges will apply for the shipment of backorder items and are automatically charged to the retailer credit card, unless the retailer contacts us with an alternate method of payment.

Return Policy
Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any of our products once an order is in transit or has been delivered.

Incorrect Orders
If any of the receiving merchandize is incorrect, we require written notification, within 12hours of receipt, via e-mail* or fax *, with the details of the incorrect item(s). Please do not ship products back to us without first contacting our customer service department. Return of goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, unless we have assigned an approved return number.

Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once it has left our shipping facilities. If an order is packed but not yet shipped and a cancellation is requested, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible.

E-mail and fax cancellation requests must contain the following: First and last name, Business Name, phone number, order number and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
